Who We Are
We are seasoned and impassioned specialists in employment-based immigration, global mobility, and global human resources.
At Ease Solutions offers increased efficiency, service quality and compliance to our clients who choose to partner with us for their global mobility solutions. We have hands-on experience of supporting global mobility operations internally and we have the capacity to collaborate with all disciplines within an organization. For instance, we can address compliance with legal and risk management professionals as well as address the Return on Investment to the financial managers. We can also facilitate the logistics to support business operations while also addressing the human needs and expectations of each employee.
There are very few relocation management companies that can address all operational aspects as well as the full lifecycle of a transferee. We are led by former in-house immigration professionals who understand the delicate balance of compliance and compassion.
We cater to smaller volume clients who would like their employees to have a very personal treatment rather than being treated as part of a massive move. At Ease Solutions desires to know the names of our clients’ employees. We do not see them as just entries on a spreadsheet.
