About Elena Anderson

Elena specializes in global workforce development and employment-based immigration. For over 20 years, her work has addressed the areas of immigration compliance, domestic and international relocations, nonresident alien taxes, and policy development. She has experience designing and maintaining both the global mobility and visa services programs. Additionally, Elena has successfully served as a Designated School Official and as a Responsible Officer of the U.S. Department of State’s Exchange Visitor program. 

Leadership and Service

Elena is passionately involved in organizations addressing global business operations and cross-cultural exchange. She is a board member of Educational Credential Evaluators (ECE) and the Mount Vernon Triangle Community Improvement District (MVT CID). Elena has served as a national member-leader in NAFSA: Association of International Educators and as a member of the Society of Human Resource Management’s Global Special Expertise Panel. She is also active with Worldwide Employee Relocation Council.
